Uverse Program Guide
WOSU (PBS Columbus, OH) ended their Pledge programming the end of August. For some reason since then Sat and Sun program listings are ALL wrong. None of the programs listed are playing. WOSU started on Sunday nights and are listed at the wrong times and listed as wrong shows. I only figured out accidentally to tape all the wrong shows and then speed up to where the correct shows are actually playing. On Saturdays none of what is supposed to be showing is not showing at all. I even wrote to WOSU and they said the Pledge Programming ended in August. They also said they have been swamped with emails from irate Uverse customers blaming them for the problem. Why can't Uverse either fix this problem if they can or go to the proper company who does the program guide.

So it's *just* Saturday and Sunday which is wrong?
Have you tried unplugging everything?
Unplug everything.
Plug gateway back in and wait for normal ops.
Plug WAP back in and wait for normal ops.
Plug DVR back in and wait for normal ops.
Plug receivers back in and wait for normal ops.

Thanks. Just curious. Why would that change the guide on those two days? It’s been like that since the end of August. WOSU said they have been swamped with hundreds of calls from Uverse customers for the exact same thing.

This is the chain of schedule:
Your station publishes a list of programs that is picked up by various services
Those services edit, format, etc. the data and provide a feed to be consumed by other businesses, like DIRECTV (for all 3 services)
That feed is then used to build the EPG that is delivered to your settop box. It is delivered in chunks, approximately 2 weeks in advance. It does happen that sometimes you do need to reboot the receiver and have it redownload the schedule. If your schedule is changing and has otherwise been correct for 4 weeks, this is probably not useful for you.
However, your station is probably NOT providing the correct feed to all the guide providers. Last time I checked, TitanTV was the service being used by AT&T for U-verse, I assume DIRECTV is using the same. You can go to the TitanTV website and see what shows up there for your station for OTA receiption... I'll bet it matches what U-verse TV shows.
