U-Verse pixelation
For the last 3 days our U-Verse has been pixelating multiple times each day. It tends to be more so in the morning. It looks like a modern art picture, with little or no sound.

Let's make that picture clear again, Lizcrowe52.
Pixelation is a loss of signal to a video device. So let's take a look at the device that is getting the pixelation. Is the receiver wired or wireless? The reason why we ask this is, that troubleshooting is different per connected receiver. Speaking of wired receivers, is the receiver connected via coax or Ethernet to the router?
Here are the troubleshooting steps for coaxial receivers:
If the receiver is connected via ethernet, here are the steps:
For wireless receivers, we have a great support article for Troubleshooting Wireless Receivers.
Did the pixelation return? If so, then next step is run the Troubleshoot and Resolve for U-Verse TV, select U-Verse TV as your option. You can sign-in to your account for a personalized experience.
If the problem continues, then you may need a tech to come visit you. We are more than happy to provide that option to you, or the Troubleshoot and Resolve tool, which was previous mentioned, may actually provide a way to setup the visit for you.
Either way, please keep us updated.

I have ATT U-verse installed at my home, if I turn on a second TV, the first one gets heavily pixelated and freezing, making it impossible to watch.
Anyone know what's up with this? I check my bandwidth at bandwidthplace.com and it shows 12+ Mbps Download and internet seems fine.
Calling support is an exercise in futility because they always have you do the same thing (reboot your modem and cable box. It's near impossible to get a tech out to your house these days...

12M service would be marginal trying to watch two HD streams.
