U-Verse Mobile App down?

AT&T U-Verse mobile access seems to be down.  It is not allowing me to log in from my tablet device nor my mobile phone.  Seems to have been down for about 3-4 days now.  Anyone else experiencing this too?

 Let’s get you back to the entertainment you love! We recommend trying to uninstall/reinstall the app, checking to see if there are any updates for your device, and after confirming that you are connected to your U-Verse home network try to disconnect/connect again. We also recommend using our UVerse App Not Working article to help resolve the issue.

I had to sign out of the app and now am having the same issue. It has been about a month. AT&T forums say to use the browser version, but that just tells you how to download the app which doesn’t work.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and nothing helps.

COME ON AT&T IS THIS ANYWAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. NOT HAPPY

Go into the myAT&T app, navigate to your profile and see what email account is listed for Uverse TV.  It should be an att.net email.  
As an alternative, some users have had success creating a sub-account and using those credentials to gain access to the app.

Tried that doesn’t work. The app has not been updated since June for apple products. If AT&T is not going to support the app, then an alternative needs to be provided.  I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but this is making me research other companies

Great.  

If you can’t use the att.net credentials listed in your profile, create new a one as a subaccount and you should be able to login.

I added anew sub account and can at least get the U-verse app started. (Not happy about having to create a new email I have to monitor). Now the issue is the U-verse app says wi-fi network not found. This is happening on both my iPad and iPhone. Both devices are connected to the same WiFi the receiver is on.  Will this ever get fixed?????  Still not happy

@sidneyjs , you're now in the same boat as the rest of us.  Lately I have not seen the remote function able to locate the U-verse TV settop boxes in many months now.  


NEED HELP?
