U-verse login via iPad not working

Currently we have a known issue regarding this where others are having difficulty logging into the application on any platform. One workaround we've found for this is making sure that you are using your U-verse Member ID to login, instead of your Access ID. If you need help finding the ID, or want to learn the difference between them, we suggest checking our article about how to find your IDs.

If you continue to not be able to login, please know that we are working on getting this resolved as soon as possible.

Then your login on the iPhone is also in jeopardy. 
Find your U-verse member ID in your profile on att.com and use only those credentials, unlinked from anything else.  If you want this to work, you’ll need to do it yourself.   

Not sure about your suggestion here as  I was complaining about what you suggest not working if I understood you.

After reading many of other members related conversations , I was able to make the following "work around" successful:

1.  Logged in to my  user ID for my account and added a Sub Account.

2. I needed to create a new email address and password for this sub account to be created successfully.

3. Now, I was able to login to U-verse with this new sub account!

Glad.  Try your original Uverse member ID credentials in a few days and see if that doesn’t clear up.   Hopefully you were able to unlink the email address while you were in there.  

My original U-verse email address was not listed as a sub account. There was nothing to unlink.  Thanks.
