Read the reviews from the last week on the app store for iPhone. Everyone has the same problem. This app does not work. You need to sign in everyday, reset the Nielsen section, etc. Get this app fixed already.
I'm having the exact same issue. I have been a U-Verse customer since the service was first offered. I have used the app daily with few issues. However now, every time I go to the app, I need to sign in, user name, password, accept Neilson intrusion, always check keep me logged in. You can't delete the app and reinstall, at least on an iPhone 13 Pro. It just moves up to the cloud then returns in the same broken version. If ATT has no plans to correct this, it may be time to call Spectrum, their ads look very enticing.
Hey ATTHelp, are you going to respond to this? Very obvious issues with your app, many people experiencing the same problem. Every time I try to use the app I get a 1990s type log in screen and have to do your whole song and dance to log in, user name, password, accept Neilson (Edited per community guidelines). App does not auto fill or remember log in info, does not allow face I.D. At least let us know you are aware of the problem and are working on it. I pay you a fortune each month for your service, along with the majority of your customers, please make the necessary corrections to this app ASAP.

When you don't even weigh in, give us some insight how to correct your problems, it seems a lot like you really don't want our business. We can certainly make that happen.

I have deleted the App, started over, done it all, and I still have to sign on each time I open the app.
