Hi @Jcamp35,

We're happy to help.

Try troubleshooting the U-verse app with this support article and let us know if you're still getting the error message.

You'll also want to make sure your phone is running the current version of iOS and that you've cleared the app's cache and data.

We'll be awaiting your response!

No I tried all that stuff. Can use guide and record a show but can’t use any functions from remote. Won’t allow me to set up any wireless receivers.

IPhone 11 & iPad mini 4 with U-verse APP work with remote function when loaded with IOS Version 12.4 and both fail with “Wireless gateway not found” when loaded with IOS 13.2 or 13.3.

NO, both  iPhone 11 and iPad Mini 4 with IOS 13.2 & 13.3 fail the remote but both work A-OK if I backup to IOS 12.4.  If I access the RG I can see the iPhone, iPad and the TV connected to the wireless network.  I believe that this is an IOS bug at this time but I am unable to get any help from the IOS Apple folks.

I deleted the U-Verse App and re-loaded U-Verse and the App is NOW working with the remote function/feature and is able to find the receivers.  This is using IOS 13.3 with the latest SW installed.  Thanks and WHOOPIE!!!!!
