U-Verse App Problem

Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I'm having some persistent issues with the U-Verse App and was wondering if anyone else has encountered similar problems. Despite updating the app and attempting to troubleshoot the issue, I'm still experiencing glitches and errors whenever I try to use it. Specifically, I've been having trouble with the app freezing or crashing, as well as difficulty accessing certain features. I'm getting frustrated with this ongoing problem and would greatly appreciate any insights or recommendations for a solution. Have any of you had similar experiences? If so, have you found any effective solutions? Thank you in advance for taking the time to read my post and offer your help!

In addition to providing more specific details, such as what features you're not able to access, as JefferMC requested, please troubleshoot using our help and solutions guide for the U-verse app:

 

  • Make sure you're using the correct member ID to sign in
  • Restart the device.
  • Delete the cache. This varies by phone, browser or device operating system.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app.
  • Verify you have the latest software/operating system on your phone or tablet.
  • Turn off other apps that may be in use.
  • Make sure you have U-verse TV service and an appropriate package. If you don't have U-verse TV, you can see if it's available by signing in to your account at att.com.
  • Reset your password. This can help sync up your account.
  • In some instances, restoring the phone has resolved app function. You may lose pictures and other data if this is performed.
