U-Verse app on my Fire TV

All of a sudden, my app states error authenticating, please try again. It was fine 2 days ago and now it won't work. I have uninstalled the app, rebooted the gateway/modem and fire tv but still not working. I have tried logging into my account on my computer with same credentials and it's fine.

We recommend that you try resetting your password to resync your account. This could be due to an update.

Uverse TV requires a very specific set of unlinked credentials to authenticate.  What worked in the past may no longer work now.   Look for member ID.  Make sure it’s unlinked from everything else.  Subaccounts work as well.
