UVERSE app not working
My UVERSE app has not worked for over 5 months. Every since I upgraded to IOS 15. I have an IPhone 11 and every time I have tried to sign in to the app I get this message. Logging in with this AT&T Access ID is no longer supported. Please log in with your U-Verse Member ID. I get SCode:1301. When I try to sign in with my Member ID I get
Care Code:2052. I have spoken with several of your technical people over last months and no one has been able to help. This has been very FRUSTRATING not being able to set recordings remotely or any thing else. Is there anyone on your technical team that can help? I need HELP!!!!!!!!!
