U-verse APP not working
U-verse APP won't let me sign in on my new ipad. It does work on my old iphone. I have called ATT Uverse Tech support several times and been told they are working on it. However, from seeing this Community Forum I see that is has been an ongoing issue for a long time. I wanted to request a password reset and then see if it would let me in on the ipad, but Tech Support suggested that I not do that-they said then it may not work on my iphone. Has anyone asked for the password reset and then were you able to get in?

We're still working to get the U-Verse app back up and running, susanbenh.
If you'd like to reset your account password then try to sign in, you can do so online. We also suggest following the troubleshooting steps in our U-Verse app help and solutions guide.
Let us know if you're able to sign in afterward, or if you still need assistance.

This ridiculous ir has been a few months that att stated they are working on the att up to get it working. I have a new samsung s21 cell phone and can't get the app to work. I've tried everything they ask me to do. And nothing. Can't believe a multi billion company get the the uvers app to work. Unbelievable!!!

I haven’t been able to use the remote in a couple years. It works on my iPad 15.4.1 but not my iPhone 15.4.1. I tried everything!!
Solution for me: I deleted the app, hard reboot. Then, I turned the phone off for a few minutes. Reinstalled the app and the remote option still didn’t work. Finally, I turned off background app refresh for the Uverse app and the remote option was there!!! I hope this helps others!!

The last two weeks I’ve been unable to successfully login to any apps (Showtime, Vice, Starz, TNT,etc) using my U-Verse login. The page the apps directs me to is not the same page I’ve logged in at for the past year and I believe this to be the issue. The login is use for U-Verse prompts an error message that my login is incorrect, I’ve reset and verified my login info several times. The new login page accepts my AT&T login but that prompts a message stating I don’t have X channel in my U-verse package, which I can confirm I do. Please advise.

Forget about it.this multi billion dollar company is not concerned with the uvers mobile app.they keep saying they are working on it.judt like the government means
We'll get to in another DREAM.
They are concentrating on direct tv.tjey keep pushing to switch. Before I switch to direct tv.ill go to somewhere else.
