U-verse app not displaying all my U-verse TV channels

I have followed the instructions provided to correct the issue, but only the Premium channels are showing up in the Guide on my iPad.

Start by trying the following troubleshooting steps from our U-verse app help and solutions guide:

  1. Make sure you're using the correct member ID to sign in
  2. Restart your device.
  3. Delete the cache - this varies by device and operating system.
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
  5. Verify you have the latest software/operating system on your iPad
  6. Turn off other apps that may be in use.
  7. Reset your password – this can help sync up your account.

If the other channels are still missing, let us know the following:

  • What instructions did you follow to try to correct this?
  • Does this happen on other devices and/or on the website?

This will help us figure out if this is an app issue or account issue, and what your next steps should be.

I already said that I have followed all the below instructions and I am still not seeing all the U-verse TV channels in the App Guide.

@tedmoshos Make sure you're using the HD, Live and "heart" buttons as appropriate.
