u-verse app not allowing login

U-Verse customer for years. Have ATT for all my services (phone, wifi, tv) and find them to have horrible customer service. Have called 5-6 times over past 3 weeks regarding this issue and have either been disconnected (after 30-40 minutes on hold) or told they're "working on the issue". Looks like my only resolution is to fire ATT and find a better provider.

Have you tried logging in using your AT&T email instead of your personal one? This is a workaround for this known issue. 

 

Please let us know if you're able to get in that way!

Have a look in this forum section for numerous threads on this issue and see if any of them help.  TL;DR  att is now enforcing use of the att.net ID associated with the U-verse TV account as well as subaccount.
