Uverse app login problems

I have gotten as far as change password, which then updates my att account (not what I wanted or needed) and then still wont let me use app (still indicates wrong long in info) - help!

Go into the profile section of the myAT&T app and look for the att.net email listed there in the U-verse section.  If that one isn’t working, create a subaccount and use those credentials. One or both of those options should work.
