UVerse app (Edited per community guidelines) and I can't get anyone to help fixing it
Why do I always have issues with AT&T, I spent over a hour on chat today just to fix the fact that I have had to change my password EVERY SINGLE TIME I LOGGED IN. Not occasionally but EVERY SINGLE TIME! I also asked about the U-Verse app never working and was directed to a link and told they could not help me (wouldn't even transfer me to someone who could-this is how AT&T gives "customer service" a bad name). I have done all the things mentioned in this link MANY, MANY TIMES - restarted the app, restarted the device, reinstalled the app, restarted the modem/router. I have wasted more time than I care to to get a product that I pay an outrageous monthly amount for to never work. I know AT&T is a big company and usually gets away with pushing the consumer around but not this consumer, I pay for a product that I expect to be able to use (the "contract" is a two way street - I pay the monthly fee, AT&T provides the service, the latter is not happening). If you do not fix your app, I will be reporting this to the AG of my state - they take consumer claims very seriously. This type of service is unacceptable. Dissatisfied in Texas.
