Unable to watch shows

Receive message " this content is available to viewers who receive OWN as part of their pay TV subscription".  OWN is a part of my package.  I have reset ROKU and get the same result

We understand that you're having trouble with streaming on a third party app.

  • Have you tried resetting your password to resync your account?
  • Are you able to login to third party app using your AT&T login information?
  • What service plan are you currently on?
  • How are you accessing the third party streaming service?
  • Stream your network favorites
