Unable to use Direct TV Stream on Apple TV

This is a known issue. The Directv stream app gets stuck on the choice between streaming and satellite for those users that have linked accounts (streaming and satellite). I've cancelled my satellite service completely, but it has yet to solve the problem. The instructions for "de-linking" account on the ATT website do not work. There is no option to "remove account," despite instructions on how to do so.

Unable to post this under the proper Topic, because only choices are U-verse and Max...so typical. Not even this support site works correctly.
