U verse not authorized provider - Lifetime TV app
I am unable to use the Lifetime TV app on my phone, iPad, or computer because ATT Uverse is not listed as an authorized cable provider. Can you fix this?? I get Lifetime and Lifetime Movie Network on my Uverse system in my home.

Hello @Carolyn127,
sure it is. I just downloaded the app and signed in and it worked perfectly. I was able to stream episodes just fine. You have to scroll down a little to find AT&T U-verse, but it is there.

Went online to Lifetime and could just click different programs some with and w/o any sign in at all. ATT Uverse was on the top row for sign in.

Let's make sure you can watch the shows you want, @FLmom87!
If you haven't already, you'll want to try troubleshooting your app by uninstalling it and reinstalling it. You'll also want to try resetting your cache and cookies.
If this doesn't help, please let us know if you're able to access the app using any other devices. This'll help us determine what's causing the error message.
