TV service& Roku intermittently freezing
A few months ago, I signed up for Apple TV on our Roku. While watching a shoe, it would intermittently freeze. After restarting the fiber, still happened. I realized our LG TV has the app so I logged into Apple TV+ on the TV and it seemed to eliminate the stuttering and freezing. Fast forward to this month, now our ATT U-verse service is doing the same thing! I have rebooted the receiver, the white Fiber gateway and the little black box by the receiver, to no avail. Anyone else have similar issues and how did you fix them?

Thank you so much for rebooting your AT&T gateway.
You have stated that, the U-verse TV is doing the same thing now. Can you tell us more about the receiver? How is the receiver connected to the service? Is it Wired (Ethernet)? or Wireless (Wi-Fi)? Answering that question will help us provide the correct troubleshooting.
So without much to go on, we will try to provide what we think is the best course of action at this time.
