Transferring Services

I contacted ATT to inform them that I am moving to a new home and wanted to transfer my services.  I've had a horrible experience; I took a personal day from work to be present for the 4 hour time frame / window that was assigned to me to find out the technician cancelled due to "weather".   I was rescheduled 5 days later, the technician arrived and realized the previous owner did not have any satellite dish or cables throughout the house and was adamant he did not want to drill that many holes or run any wires and told me I need to reschedule and ask ATT to have them order a "genie 2" and 3 wireless receivers vs. transferring the existing cable boxes.  Now I lost out on another day worth of work and money and I've been on the phone for 90 minutes trying to get this resolved.   I need someone to contact met o resolve this matter immediately.
