Technical difficulties with local channels

Have you attempted to troubleshoot your receiver from your TV? You can do so by doing the following:

1. Press Menu from your remote
2. Select Help > Information > Troubleshoot & Resolve > TV > DVR
3. Follow the onscreen prompts

Can you also let us know what exactly is happening with your local channels? Are you receiving a certain error message or anything of the sort?
