streaming compatibility

After updating app on fire stick, uverse is now giving me authentication error message. Not a credentials issue because if I enter the wrong credentials, it says wrong credentials. Att is quite possibly the worst tech company in the world.

I am having the same problem.  ATT what is the solution!!

• Have you tried changing the password to resync your account?
• Is there a error code associated with authentication error?
• We also suggest that you try rebooting the gateway and changing your password then try logging in.
