Let's get your music going again, @haysp!

We see that you've unplugged your TV and that didn't work. Next let's have you reset your gateway. This can fix numerous issues such as the one you are experiencing.

You can follow these steps:

  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your gateway or modem. If you have:
    • An internal battery backup, remove it
    • DSL, unplug the phone cord from your modem or gateway
  2. Wait 20 seconds.
  3. Put the internal battery back in if you have one.
  4. Plug the power cord back in. If you have DSL service, reconnect the phone cord.
  5. Wait for the gateway or modem to restart and your Broadband light to turn solid green. This can take up to 10 minutes.

Let us know if this helps! If not we have  few more things we can try,

When in doubt, restart!

(Not just for TV, but any electronic device.)

I had the same thing happen with spotify modfyp. Can’t find anything regarding AT&T dropping that service. Did you find out anything?

@Theresajames

Stingray works for me. Do you have AT&T internet? What happens when you use the number buttons on the remote to go to the channel directly? Type in 5103 and report what happens.
