Sports package Fox Sports Southeast

I just added the sports package, and was looking forward to watching some classic Braves baseball games on fox sports southeast since there is no baseball right now, but it says it's blacked out in my viewing area since I live in south fl. But on Yes network I am able to watch classic Yankee games, and on nesn classic Red Sox games. Is there a reason all the fox sports channels are blacking out classic baseball games, but yes network and the nesn network are not? It also looks like they are blacking out series shows for a baseball team like Tribe report for the Cleveland Indians. Does this mean fox sports will be blacking out pregame and postgame coverage when baseball returns as well? I know live games are blacked out when out of region and have to be watched through extra innings, or mlb.tv.
