SLINGBOX NEEDED ASAP
Dish disconnected Slingbox servers on Nov 9, 2022. I don't have a way to watch Uverse recorded programs while away from home. If AT&T Uverse had any sense, they would pick up Slingbox technology and provide it to life long customers of 20 years or more. How do I watch my recorded programs while our of town and away from home? This is a HUGE problem! PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO UPPER MANAGEMENT PLEASE!

I'm not sure U-Verse has been around for 20 years.
A lot of the shows should be available on apps that individual channels operate. Hulu is something like $7/mo.
I've also heard that there's a way to run some sort of something-something to still operate Slingbox... Google has the info.

None of these suggestions will ever do! I'm watching and recording on Uverse! I want Uverse to be intelligent about what service options they offer subscribers. I will never use another Dish nor Direct contraption on my roof. Installers never care about number of holes in my roof. And they fail during storms! What I'm suggesting to Uverse is the only path forward that makes sense. Why do I have to be the one to change? This is why AT&T is losing customers. They aren't listening!

DirecTV Stream is 100% through the internet.
As far as failing during storms, those seem to be usually chalked up to faulty installations.
