This is a customer-to-customer forum. As a result, nobody here knows who you are. (Please don't post personally identifying information.) Because nobody here knows you, we have no way of identifying your problem.
You'll have to call 800-288-2020 for AT&T service. Call the DirecTV number for their customer service.
But did you really expect customers to know you or your issue is based off your post?
