Rented Trolls World Tour for my family and it wouldn't play. how can I request a refund?

Rented Trolls World Tour for my family last night for $20. Froze and pixilated the whole time. Rebooted my gateway twice. No luck. And of course could not get a live person on the phone. I want my money back. Just taking a shot in the dark here that maybe an actual ATT person will read this.
