On Demand missing episodes
We have moved and no have U-Verse. We missed the first 3 episodes of Grey's. We tried to pull them up "on demand" but they are not showing up on my TV. However if I open the Uverse app on my phone they are on demand on the app and I can watch the episodes on my phone. How can I watch the on my TV. Why are they not showing up n my TV on demand?

The On Demand library varies between 'regular' OD (on your TV) & the app. You'll also find different streaming programs on the network website.

This is so frustrating. I'm trying to finish watching "Warrior" on Cinemax on-demand. I'm on Season 2 which has 10 episodes. U-verse has only 9 available. Episode 6 is missing! I can't finish the series without it. How hard could it be to fix this? Why is an episode missing so often with on-demand shows? People have been reporting this for years, and it's still happening!

Hi there, jiminga! We would love to find your missing episodes.
Our Ace, @skeeterintexas is correct. Thank you for all that do for the AT&T Community.
There could be a variety of the things that could have happened for the episode that you are looking for, to be missing from our On-Demand library. The list is to extensive to mention on why it is happening.
Have you tried going to Cinemax's app directly to see if the episode is there? If not, you can try that.
The reason why we are pushing the Network app, is that the episode is always loaded first there and then it is passed onto the TV providers.
You can download the Network app via your devices app store or Google Play or if your TV is compatible, the smart TV app. Certain restrictions apply.
Please check out Cinemax for more information on the requirements and device compatibility.
If you need anything else, please let us know.
Thank you for using the AT&T Community Forums.

All seasons & all episodes of Warrior are available on HBOMax (streaming).
This is just another example of networks moving more content to their own streaming platform.
ETA: Cinemax does not have its own FREE streaming app. Cinemax content is available on HBOMax.

Thanks Matthew and Skeeterintexas for your responses and feedback.
I see that "Warrior" Season 3 will be on HBO Max, because Cinemax is no longer producing original material. I was watching Season 2 on U-verse this past week, because HBO/Cinemax was available during a promotion. I even tried to watch the episode on the U-verse app, but only Season 1 was available there. It's so disappointing when 1 episode is missing On-demand. So maybe I can catch it in the future at some point.
