NOT Solved: U-verse App Errors

I continue to receive this error when trying to login to the U-verse app:

Invalid U-verse Member ID or password. If you have created an AT&T Access ID, enter your U-verse Member ID with your Access ID password.”

 

1) I have confirmed both my AT&T Access ID and U-verse Member ID are active and correct. 

2) I have combined all user accounts and IDs into one, using only one password for all logins, per the AT&T website. 

3) I have cleared the cache, removed/reinstalled the U-verse app, & rebooted my iPhone 7plus, per Apple. 

4) I confirm that I have access to U-verse (my plan is AT&T U-verse TV U200)

 

PLEASE DO NOT MARK AS SOLVED BY DIRECTING ME TO ANOTHER FORUM LISTING THE STEPS I HAVE ALREADY TAKEN. 

 

I request someone in the USA to address this issue. It is a known system issue, with several complaints on this forum regarding U-verse mobile app login.

I have the EXACT PROBLEM OTHER THAN my other problems.  They mark your post as "solved" . Even though they did nothing.  

 

This is one of the LOWEST QUALITY of service I have ever had in my entire life - Highly concerned and even dangerous scam!

We have some useful information to help troubleshoot the U-verse app, if the app is not working. Yes, you will have to use your primary login for the U-verse app.

Thank you for the quick response.  So you are telling me that because my husband's email happens to be listed as the primary account - and we BOTH pay for this service -- that only he can log in?     For the past several years, I have been able to login to the Uverse app and network channels using my ATT ID/email.  Our uverse/internet service was upgraded two months ago and now my login won't work on the Uverse app nor on network channels through my computer; I have to log in with my husband's ID.    We pay enough money for this service that I should be able to log in to watch my favorites on the Uverse app and not someone else's. 

The funny thing is  -- I am the primary user on our ATT cell phone service.  And he can access HBO max that is part of the mobile wireless package using his ID. 

This is not right. 

How do we submit this to someone in ATT to fix this issue?
