Not able to view Disney Jr or Nick Jr
My package includes both Disney and Nick Jr but when I go to the channel there is just a screen with a picture of a tv screen. I am able to get the other Disney and Nickelodeon and I have a few selections to watch on demand. But as far as actually watching the channel, it doesn't work.

All you need to do is click on the "Sign In" button and follow the instructions.

According to this information: As of May 14, 2019, Nick Jr. is no longer included in the following packages:
If you have one of those packages, you do have the option to add Nick Jr back at no additional cost. Please sign-in to your account using this link: TV Channel Updates
Let us know if this helps you get Nick Jr. back and then we can continue.

Yeah, I did that. It says "no further action needed", but nothing changed on my box in the week since I've done it.

I want Nick Jr. I have always had it - paid for it I want it back or I am cancelling my subscription to ATT

Nick Jr. can be manually added as a complimentary service at http://sm.att.com/4076b52f from August 2, 2021 through January 13, 2022.
