NO SHOW TECH Again

Tch appt today, 8-12.  It is 3pm, no tech and only incompetency on 800 offshore.  I MADE THE APPOINTMENT< TOOK OFF WORK>  I want to speak to USA about when the tech is showing up--HOW?

NOPE.  They are awful.  Now I am on with yet another offshore person who cannot understand the assistance needed.
