no cable channels in guide

Suddenly, the Guide only shows streaming channels, no cable channels.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

Check your INPUT on the TV.  XUMO is a streaming service and has nothing to do with UVERSE.

The Guide shows streaming channels?  At all? Are you talking about:

  • The U-verse App on a mobile platform, or
  • A different TV service?

This problem is on the TV with U-verse.

The Guide only displays XUMO channels.

Hey, we did a second reset and this time the U-Verse Guide loaded.

Apparently your TV switched inputs to the U-verse input from the XUMO input on the "second reset."  Glad you're working again.
