Nick jr gone
I recently read that my Nick jr. would not be affected but mine was removed. I went to my acct but there was nothing I could do there to help get it back. I’m very frustrated by this! How do I get the channel I subscribed to back!!

Nick Jr. is available on U300 & U450. You'll need to have either of those two packages to get Nick Jr.

I notice that the update is going to take off nickjr. Does that also mean we are going to lose the other nick channels

The Nick Jr. change will not impact any other Nickelodeon channels. Existing customers can keep Nick Jr. at no additional cost. You can visit att.com/tvchannelupdates to elect to keep Nick Jr. Just sign-in to get started.

I clicked on the link to channel updates it says invalid parameters
I copied and pasted the link it just takes you to your logged in homepage no information about nick jr

It's my understanding that if you have U-300 or U-450, you're good. If you have any other U-Verse package, you'd need to switch to one of those packages.
Keep in mind there is no more U-100 or U-400. If you have either of those packages and switch away, you cannot switch back.

I'm also having trouble finding anything where you can elect to keep nick jr. I've gone to the update and I've signed in and there just isn't anything there

@coleallday If you have U-300 or U-450 with or without the Latino package, you're good and nothing needs to be done.
If you don't, call (800) 288-2020 and ask for retentions. They'll change your TV package and maybe adjust your bill as well. (But they won't remind you when your promotions expire...use your calendar for that one.)

When I log on to the website about the update it tells me to log into my account. When I do so, at the top of my homepage, it states if Nick Jr was part of our package it will continue at no charge and no further action is needed. Then it has an OK button. Once we select the OK button, nothing occurs, there is no prompt to do anything else. We are still not able to access Nick Jr. One customer service rep tried to do it on her side but could not. We were transferred to technical support and they were no help whatsoever. This person told us its not part of our package and had no clue about existing packages and channels. We spent over an hour on the phone with different people with no resolution. What is the next step?

My NickJr is fine. Have you tried unplugging your box and waiting about 30 seconds before plugging it back in? Note that if you unplug your DVR, make sure it's at least five minutes before you start recording after you plug it back in.
