Next LeveL Sports Channel on UVerse (1665)
As a current subscriber to UVerse (U300), we used to get channel 1665 - Next Level Sports. All of a sudden one day it says we are not "subscribed" to that channel. How come?
When I look at your channel line up guide on your website it clearly states that the channel 1665 is available with our channel tier that we subscribe to.
When I look at Next Level Sports website for channels that cover their programming it clearly states ATT UVerse carries their channel.
Please help this channel to work again - very frustrating.

Channel guides aren't necessarily updated instantly ...or slowly, for that matter. Someone (most likely several people) need to approve the changes, redo the information and then upload it.
The channel websites just say if the providers do/don't offer the channels. I have U-200, but don't get Reelz, even though the Reelz website says it's offered.

Thank you for your reply. The date on UVerse Channel guide says March 2022, almost a year ago. How much more time should it take for them to update their channel guide. It shows I should get that channel on U300.

We understand that you're missing the Next Level sports channel, ljhartman68.
As baseballisback stated, it takes a bit of time for the guides to be updated, and unfortunately, we don't have any information on when that will happen.
We recommend that you check in at a later time to see if the channel is available again or has been removed from the U300 lineup on our website.
