Netflix won’t load.
For three days now, the Netflix app just shows a red circle spinning. Never opens.
All other apps and Uverse work fine.

Greetings @TheDavises
Welcome to Community and Forums! I’m sorry to hear your Netflix won’t load and shows the red circle spinning. Keep in mind, Netflix is a streaming service and requires an app, either through X-box, media players or a Smart TV which has the Netflix app. U-verse does not provide the Netflix app, although you can use AT&T internet to access your account. From the information you have provided, this is strictly an issue with Netflix. No worries though! I would like to offer a few suggestions to help you.
Can you try logging into your Netflix Account online and just make sure it's all still active? If it is, then it’s an app issue only. I suggest while logged into your Netflix using your web browser, choose the option to force all devices to log off. After doing this, try logging into you app again.
If this doesn’t help, clear data on the app. Home>Settings>Apps. Find your app in either the "System apps" row (for pre-loaded apps like Amazon, Netflix, etc.) or the "Downloaded apps" row (for apps you've added from the Play Store). Select the app, choose Clear data, and confirm. Uninstall then reinstall the app. Try logging in.
If neither of these have resolved your issue, you will need to submit a trouble ticket with your Netflix account. The details can be found on Google.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please reach out to us.
