We have a few recommendations that you can try:

• Use a different HDMI cable, as faulty cables can be one of the main causes for this error.
• See if you are able to use a different HDMI port than what you've already tried. This can help rule out the HDMI port as the issue.
• Try using component cables to bypass this error code.
• Hook the receiver up to another display in your residence such as another TV. The reason for this is that the error you're seeing can be caused by your current display not supporting the current Digital Content Protection requirements.
• Unplug your display, leave it unplugged for 3-5 minutes, then plug it back in. This can potentially help to allevaite the error message on your screen.
