NBA League Pass Listings missing
Anyone else have this problem? My NBA League Pass listings show "Off Air" tonight and last night. I know there are games both nights; even last night I was able to setup a Manual recording by channel, date, and time. I just want the listings updated accurately.
I go to Help->Troubleshoot & Resolve on the TV and it tells me to call Customer Care at 1-800-288-2020 with Error Type of Service Error.
I call them and they do not understand the issue and make me reboot and are confused as to why I am calling. They focused on NBA League Pass listings and couldn't get the issue; they seem to ignore the Troubleshoot & Resolve, which seems to me something wrong in the connection between my equipment and their server (and may be related to why listings are wrong).
Anyone else in this situation? Anyone else have any other ideas besides sitting on hold with AT&T and having them tell me to reboot the setup box again, even though I already have done it by myself?

Guide listings come from a third party.

Thanks for your completely useless reply!
Even if listings are provided by someone else, delivery of them comes from U-verse, the service provider. I even had the support guy check the listings he could see and he saw games tonight where my settop box's listings still show Off Air all the time.
I actually just resolved it by doing what I had heard of years ago: Non-Disaster Recovery
Unplug the receiver or DVR power cord from the wall or back of the box.
Wait 10 seconds.
Plug in the receiver and DVR.
When three white dots appear on the screen, unplug the receiver/DVR again.
Repeat this process two more times.
Plug the receiver/DVR back in on the third time and leave in. Three white dots appear followed by a gear with a status bar at the bottom of the screen. If the Recovery screen does not appear, repeat the steps above.
Now the listings got redownloaded!

Did he send you video proof of actually checking the listings?
Whoopsies.
