Movies won't play

Ordered a movie from demand..ever time I hit watch it say unable to play try again later

A good place to start is with rebooting your receiver. Press and hold the power button, located on the left side of the receiver, for 10 seconds. Unplugging the power cord from the wall outlet for10 seconds is another option.
