Movie credit for outage?

I got an email from AT&T a few days ago offering a $6 on-demand movie credit because of the recent U-verse outage. But now I can't find the email. 😥 I know the credit was good only for a certain time period, but I don't remember what that time period was, and I don't remember what I have to do to claim the credit. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Only until 1/31/24.  Credit is supposed to be automatic.   We got a message on our Tv - no email.

Call 800-288-2020 and ask for the billing department.

Same here.  It was a message on both TV's.  When you turn on the TV, had to accept or couldn't continue.  Once message went away, tried finding it again like in account settings but message not there.  No email either.  Hope the credit works.  I think it said credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear.
