Miami & Florida Customers, are you having problems with scheduled recordings?

If you are having problems with scheduled recordings, specifically series recordings not scheduling automatically after 4/20/22, even though your guide listings extended the full 12 days out to approximately 5/1/22... Then...

PLEASE comment on my other post that customer service is now watching,  they need as many customers as possible in Miami to tell them about their problem so they can identify that it is in fact a regional issue and how far it extends.

This is a known bug that previously happened 3-4 years ago in midwest and then san diego, and now seems to have struck South Florida.  They were able to fix it last time on the server side.  Note there is NOTHING that can be done on customer side to fix the problem, other than a temporary workaround.  Don't bother going through hours with tech support checking equipment and hardware when it's a software problem on the server.
