You should call it in so they can fix it for you.

Try this: menu>options>restart verify restart and see if the HD channels come back. 😉

Have you been paying the $10/month HD Technology Fee? You don't get HD channels on U-200 without it. They're included in U-450, but no other tier.

We were getting HD with U200. Router, outside wiring box, and fiber transceiver upgrade today... HD GONE!!!!
ATT stuck it to us once again.

Support reported that the new router upgrade has fixed a bug that allowed me to get HD for free.
ATT is calling all it's customers offering the "free upgrade" to "allow for better service."
(Everyone in my neighborhood has been upgrading, so i figured i should also.)
HD costs $10 per month, therefore ATT will now get an additional $120 per year per for each customer whom upgrades.
Not a bad deal for ATT.

Not only have I lost HD on my tv but i get a frustrating amount of freezes. This all happened after an upgrade to internet speed and fibre. I think I should revert to the 100 package.
