LOGGING INTO U-VERSE APP

TRYING TO STREAM ON MY U-VERSE APP. AFTER OPENING APP, A "SIGN-IN" SCREEN COMES UP WITH MY PROPER EMAIL AS THE USER ID. WHEN I CLICK ON THE USER ID TO MOVE TO THE NEXT SCREEN FOR PASSWORD, IT DOES NOT OFFER A PASSWORD CUE, ONLY THIS ERROR MESSAGE:

LOGIN REQUIRED

LOGGING INTO THIS AT&T ACCESS ID IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED. PLEASE LOG IN WITH YOUR U-VERSE MEMBER ID. IF YOU HAVEN'T CREATED A U-VERSE MEMBER ID, PLEASE VISIT MYATT.COM TO CREATE ONE.

2 THINGS...1) TRIED VISITING "MYATT.COM" AND RECEIVED AN ERROR THAT THIS WEBSITE "CANNOT BE FOUND"; 2) WHEN GOING INTO MY AT&T ACCOUNT (BY CLICKING THE LINK ON MY EMAIL INVOICE) THERE IS ZERO INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE FOR U-VERSE ITSELF (ONLY DISH), AND NO INFORMATION ON MEMBER ID.

HAS ANYONE ELSE BEEN LUCKY ENOUGH TO BE AS FRUSTRATED AS I AM RIGHT NOW?

You must be frustrated, YOU'RE SHOUTING!

Ignore any reference to "myatt.com", it should just be https://att.com.  When you first got your Internet/U-verse service you would have created an e-mail account at that time.  That's the e-mail address you want now.

Dish is a separate company/service from AT&T.

I'm surprised you didn't do a web search for AT&T's website...yet you found this forum.
