Log in to U-verse app

I tried to log in to the uverse app and it said it no longer supported my ATT login and I would have to create a U-verse member ID by on myATT.com. I cannot see where to do that on myATT.com

Hey @deraldglover. Thanks for reaching out, and we'd be happy to help you set up a member ID.

We'd recommend following these steps on how to create a user ID:

  • Go to the myAT&T sign-in page and select Create one now
  • Enter you AT&T phone number or account number and your billing Zip Code. You may also be asked to enter a verification code.
  • If there's already a user ID for the account, choose from teh options listed.
  • Enter your personal info to prove your identity.
  • Choose how you want to receive your verification code, if asked.
  • Enter the verification code we send you.
  • Enter a new user ID and password. Be sure your ID is an eaml address that starts with a letter.
  • Save your ID and your password to your device, if you choose.
  • Ener the contact info for your user ID.
  • Set up your security questions and answers.
  • Accept the AT&T User ID Terms & Conditions.
  • Choose whether you want to sign up for paperless billing for you accounts, if asked. If you go paperless, we'll email you a link. Select it to verify your email address.
  • Select Finish Activation.

Let us know if these steps help.

I have the same problem and the response does not answer the question. I already have a fully activated account, but was forced to change my password because bad actor login attempts had locked me out. But now my U-verse app will not accept either my old login or new login, and tells me that the U-verse app "no longer supports my ATT login" and I would have to "create a U-verse member ID". What happened to the unified account concept? The site does not provide a means to create a "U-verse ID".
