bloomberg is not coming back

AT&T generally raises prices once per year at the beginning of the year. This is preceded by announcements.

If your price just went up, I'd suggest looking at your promotions. It's quite possible one or more expired. It is very rare that a company reminds a customer that a promotion is about to expire.

I'd call 800-288-2020 and ask for the billing office to address your concerns.

If it's true that Bloomberg is not coming back, then I ask why the channel info is still on the guides. It seems to me that this is just a standard negotiation. It could be that they're further apart than a usual dispute, but it still seems like the door is open to it coming back.

As Juniper said, other channels get added and prices go up for other channels. This is why prices don't go down, unless you can get a promotion. I've been quite good at getting promotions, but others have different results.

bidalia79, that may change soon. The reason why I said that is because videogame TV channel G4 will be making a comeback soon. The new version of G4 that will be launching soon will be on cable TV and on the web. With that being said, it might appear in U-verse's channel lineup. By the way, if you're wondering if the new version of G4 that will be launching soon will be the Spike TV clone version of G4 (The version of G4 that people (including me) hated.) or the version of G4 that focuses on videogames (The channel that G4 was in its early days; The version of G4 that people (including me) liked.), then I am happy to tell you that it is going to be the version of G4 that focuses on videogames. 

With what I said in mind, if you like videogames, then you might want to wait and see if the new version of G4 will be added to U-verse's channel lineup. Oh! And I almost forgot to say this but according to the "About" part of G4's Facebook page, the new version of G4 will also be airing reruns of shows about videogames that aired on the old G4.

What does g4 have to do with Bloomberg not renewing a carrier agreement? 

Absolutely nothing.  That thing read like a (Edited per community guidelines) post.   

I do root for U-verse to continue as I like the service a lot.  

I think I know how the G4 post is relevant.

1) Person #1 complains about fewer channels, but prices going up.

2) Person #2 comes along and says "As for your point about fewer channels? Well, there's a new one about to launch, so if U-Verse adds it, your point could be moot."

Good point there. There's no need to mention a specific website three times in the same post when that website could be viewed as competition to here.

@Juniper, I didn't write my post as an advertisement. I was just saying to bidalia79 that videogame TV channel G4 will be making a comeback in case he likes videogames like I do. By the way, the reason why I mentioned those websites is because I am a viewer of G4 and I am just trying to tell him the best way to get info on the channel's comeback.

@Juniper, I am not advertising the new G4. Matter of fact, I do not work for G4. I am just a viewer. I am just trying to suggest another channel for him to watch. Not many people know that G4 is making a comeback. I am a tech geek who likes G4 and I am just trying to tell people that G4 is making a comeback.
