Issues loading NBC App
I have a Roku TV and I have repeatedly done all the steps they have suggested as well as the NBC TV app I've tried to activate..................The app says I'm activated - however when I try to watch I get a code that says Sorry! We're having some trouble.... We had a problem reaching your TVProvider. Please try again.
ERROR CODE: Cloud Path Error Authorization
I have unplugged and replugged my internet box several times - I've removed the channel and put it back on several times, I've unlinked and relinked, I've signed out and signed back in...............many times then I get this error. So I'm guessing the issue isn't with the app but with AT&T Uverse. Can you help with this I've been trying to fix this for weeks and actually it just started when my Uverse was updated, I believe it was updated last Decembr. I could watch all of these apps prior to that.

I thought NBC moved all streaming to the PeacockTV app.

Not quite...at least not yet. Some stuff is still on NBC Sports Gold, which was (is?) a paywall for some NBC Sports programming.
Some shows go to Peacock a few hours after they air. Some (at least Blacklist) are on the regular NBC app or On Demand and don't go to the app until, in Blacklist's case, a week and a day after.

Do you really expect people - like me or anyone else for that matter - to understand this??? This is no solution and you have been absolutely NO help.

If I may interpret:
I think what they're saying is that since NBC came out with the Peacock network, the "NBC" app is obsolete and you should be using the "Peacock Network" App on the Roku.
That may or may not fix this authentication issue. But it's worth a try.

The error is longstanding and att can’t be bothered to fix it.
For the OP, try it at least 10 consecutive times to see if one of the authentication requests is successful. It usually works for me. If it still fails, wait and try again at a later time.

But gr8sho, it's not a problem with the SPS!
(Snickers at the error message. I think I'd check the SPS first.).

On a Roku TV you have to go thru the NBC app to see MSNBC so it doesn’t have its own individual app- so no help.

OMG!!! I finally figured it out!!! You have to go thru the NBC News app to see MSNBC- NOT the NBC App.
