Insane prices
I've been with AT&T for over 20 years. I know that inflation has to go up. But I guess I am wondering how these newbies are walking in with these low rates. I hate changing companies but there is already a comcast box in my back yard since I purchased my home. I've spoken to the loyalty department and basically sorta in a nice way told me they don't care about keeping my business. Has anyone else been with AT&T as long and watch their rates go up (like 300 percent). I don't even complain to them that my tv is always freezing and internet is sporadic at most.

They can't get a tech out to fix issues they don't know exist.
Call in and politely threaten to cancel. I'm essentially getting Internet 1000 for $10 after $60 in monthly discounts. YMMV, as the saying goes.
