I have a red x on my screen and I've rebooted my dvr box numerous times. please help asap!
My services were working perfectly fine now I have a red x on my screen I have tried rebooting the system numerous of times and nothing has work need help asap

You'll have to call CS 1-800-288-2020 to request a new DVR. One will be sent to you for a self-install. You have 60 days to return the old one using UPS or FedEx.
Be aware that you will lose your recordings but the scheduling stay intact.
