I continue to disconnect with UVM 1001 on U-verse over an iPad Pro cellular connection

I continue to get UVM 1001 on U-verse over an iPad Pro cellular connection after 15-30 seconds of viewing live HLN - but all other available channels as well.  I am running iOS 14.2.1 I think.  I had enormous problems with my 6s cell phone after updating to 14.2.2 so I will not load 14.2.2 onto my iPad (in fact cannot because I do not have access to wifi).  This cannot be that difficult for a company that has thousands of technical people!!
