Try common passwords like your birth year, 1234, 1111, 0000, the last four digits of your phone number, etc.
If none of those work, call 800-288-2020 for technical support.

I don’t remember ever setting up the parental control, and I do not remember the pin, how can I turn it off without a pin?

Please don't respond to threads over a year old.
Here's what I'd do:
Try common passwords like your birth year, 1234, 1111, 0000, the last four digits of your phone number, etc.
If none of those work, call 800-288-2020 for technical support.
