How to display all channels in the iPhone uVerse Guide

The only channels showing in my iPhone app's uVerse Guide are the two groups listed in the "Jump to Channel" page. I can't delete those two, so I can't get all the channels to display in the Guide. I tried deleting the reinstalling the app without success. I have no idea why those two groups are showing in the "Jump to Channel" page.

There are several people that have a similar problem of having a limited number of channels.  There isn’t any good suggestion I can give short of leaving negative feedback on the App Store.

U-verse guide is not displaying on my iPhone 7 though all other functions do.

Same thing. Wondering if the TV channel interface is much different or better/worse in some way or does it depend on what you are using for the app such as AppleTV/ROKU/SmartTV/Set-top Box? Our contract is up in a couple months, U-Verse is being deprecated and I'm also wondering if the CS reps get any bonus for retention or for switching me to ATT-TV?
