How do I get my U-verse receiver to "restart"?
I was watching tv and the receiver went out 11/12? I keep getting the "restart receiver" message. I have gone online and tried to get technical support. To no avail. I have started and restarted
several times. I have checked all cables and have disconneted from power source. Only one
tv is affected. I thought it may have gone out due to the high wind yesterday. I have followed
the online technical support. What else is there?

Hold the power button down for 10 or so seconds, then press it again to turn it on.

restarted it now HAS THE U-VERSE EMBLEM AND SAYS RE-START RECEIVER
NO E-MAIL RECEIVED?????
